Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients – Olive Oil – Onion – Green Pepper – Ham, – Eggs – Hot Sauce – Milk – Shredded Cheese – Pitas or Tortillas – Chives, optional

Place olive oil, diced onion, pepper & ham in skillet on medium heat. Cook until tender.

Whisk together the eggs, milk & hot sauce in a bowl. Add to the skillet.

Cook until eggs are light and fluffy.

Add hot sauce to your eggs - it is so good!


Brush a little oil onto each pita/tortilla. Top with egg mixture, then cheese.

Bake for 5 - 8 minutes, until cheese melts. Serve warm.

Garnish with chives & serve with sour cream or salsa.
