Dark Chocolate Raspberry Banana Bread


This banana bread is both kid & adult approved.

Dry Ingredients – All-purpose Flour – Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder – Baking Soda – Baking Powder – Kosher Salt – Cinnamon – Brown Sugar

"Wet" Ingredients – Butter – Eggs – Ripe Bananas – Plain Greek Yogurt – Vanilla Extract – Fresh Raspberries – Chocolate Chips

Wash the raspberries & pat them dry.

Mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter & brown sugar until light & fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.

Then add the mashed banana, yogurt, and vanilla extract.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Mix just until combined.

Add in the chocolate chips. Gently fold in the raspberries with a spatula.

Pour the batter into a prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 60-70 minutes.

Cool slightly before serving.

Serve with a glass of milk.
