Pineapple Mango Smoothie

It's such an easy recipe to make, you just need pineapple, mango, flax, & coconut water.

You can also use regular water, but coconut water is great for hydration in the summer & you can't even taste it!

This tropical smoothie is a kid-approved, nutritious snack.

Blend together the pineapple, banana, mango, flax, & water.

Serve & enjoy!
