Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 frozen bananas


  • Granola
  • Coarsely chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • Sliced Banana
  • Peanut Butter to drizzle, optional


  1. Place all ingredients in your blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Scoop or pour into your bowl.

  4. Add the toppings.

  5. If drizzling with peanut butter, heat the peanut butter in a small microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Stir. If it is not thin enough, heat at 15 second increments until it is at your desired consistency. (Stir after each 15 seconds.)
