Blue Cheese Grilled Potatoes

These delicious potatoes are easy to make and are a great side dish to complete you dinner.

For the potatoes:

  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

For the blue cheese dip:

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • Chives to garnish, optional


For the potatoes:

  1. Heat your grill medium heat (about 350 degrees).
  2. Slice the potatoes into 1/2” thick slices.
  3. Pour the olive oil into a small dish.
  4. Dip the potatoes into the olive oil and coat each side evenly with the olive oil. Place them on a plate to transfer them to the grill.

  5. Place the potatoes right onto the grill.
  6. Grill each side for 15 minutes or until crispy.
  7. Garnish with chives, optional.

For the blue cheese dip:

  1. Combine the blue cheese salad dressing with the hot sauce in a small dish. Mix until ingredients are completely blended together.

  2. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

If you prefer the dip to be spicier, add more hot sauce. Add a little at a time until you have your desired taste.
