Oven Baked French Fries

Easy Oven Baked French Fries are coated in olive oil, tossed in delicious seasoning, and baked until crispy. They are so easy to make, and when served with a burger and delicious dipping sauce - they are so good.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped

Instructions

  • Wash potatoes then slice them into fries, about ¼ - ½” in width.
    6 medium potatoes
  • Whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a large bowl.
    2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • Add the potatoes to the olive oil mixture and toss until all the potatoes are covered.
  • Place the potatoes on covered baking sheet.
  • Bake them at 400°F for 25 minutes.

Notes

To make these crispier, place your baking sheet in the oven while preheating your oven.
