Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps are the perfect easy meal - and they are such a tasty recipe. The creamy ranch dressing combines with the salty bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy chicken to make such a delicious wrap.

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken diced or 1 pound chicken breast (cooked and diced)
  • 8 whole wheat tortillas or your favorite tortillas to use for wraps
  • 8-10 strips bacon cooked until crispy
  • ½ cup ranch salad dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded or sliced
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion diced or thinly sliced
  • 2-4 tablespoons hot sauce optional

Instructions

  • Dice up the cooked chicken. (If you're cooking the chicken breast, cook it at 400°F for 20 minutes, then let it cool before slicing it up. You can also cook the chicken in an Instant Pot or cook grilled chicken breasts.)

  • Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing (or blue cheese) on the middle of each tortilla. If you are using hot sauce, add your desired amount when you add the salad dressing.
    8 whole wheat tortillas, ½ cup ranch salad dressing, 2-4 tablespoons hot sauce
  • Place the cheese over the dressing, then lay 1-2 slices of bacon on top of the cheese.
    2 cups cheddar cheese, 8-10 strips bacon
  • Add some chicken over the bacon and cheese (about two to three tablespoons of cheese for each tortilla.)
    4 cups salad greens, 2 cups cherry tomatoes, 1 red onion
  • Add tomatoes, red onion, and dark salad greens, depending on how much you like.
  • Roll the sides of the wrap up tightly around the filling, just like a burrito, then slice it in half. Serve with a side of fruit or your favorite chips.

Notes

This recipe makes eight wraps, so you should expect to use 1-2 slices of bacon, ½ cup of salad greens, ¼ cup of cheese, 1 ½ - 2 tablespoons of the ranch, and ¼ cup of cheese per wrap. You can eyeball the chicken and onions - just use ¼ of what is there per wrap.
