Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana quartered or sliced and frozen

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, putting the liquids at the bottom to make it easier to blend.
    ½ cup milk, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 banana
  • Blend until smooth, about 30–60 seconds, depending on your blender. Add more milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out the milk or yogurt for your favorite non-dairy substitute.
  • You can add:
    • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, flax seeds, or hemp seeds to add some dietary fiber.
    • 1 tablespoon nut butter or ½ an avocado to add some healthy fats.
  • Add vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides to add some extra protein.
Store any leftovers in the fridge and shake well to combine before drinking again.
