Magic Cookie Bars (7 Layer Recipe)

This Magic Cookie Bars recipe has layers of chocolate chips, nuts, M&Ms, and coconut on a graham cracker crust for a delicious and easy-to-bake sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs (about one sleeve of graham crackers)
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup mini M&M’s
  • 1 cup flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • parchment paper or butter to grease the pan

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9 baking pan with parchment paper or generously grease the pan.

  • In a bowl, crush the graham crackers into finely chopped crumbs. Add the melted butter to the crumbs and mix well.

  • Place the crumb mixture into the pan and spread out to make a thin crust, using the back of a fork.
  • Cover the crust with the mini chocolate chips, mini M&M’s and coconut.
    ¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, ¾ cup mini M&M’s, 1 cup flaked sweetened coconut
  • Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the pan, covering it completely.

  • Sprinkle the nuts evenly on top.
    ½ cup walnuts
  • Bake at 350⁰F for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into squares.

Notes

Optional: Gently press a little more mini M&M's onto the Magic Bars once out of the oven.
