Ingredients
10large eggs
2teaspoonshot sauce
2tablespoonsmilk
1small red or green pepperfinely diced (about ½ cup)
1small onionfinely diced (about ½ cup)
½cupshredded cheddar cheese
2tablespoonsshredded cheddar cheeseto sprinkle over the eggs once in muffin cups
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place liners in muffin cups.
Whisk the eggs. Add in the hot sauce and milk. Add in the pepper, onion and ½ cup cheese to the eggs.
10 large eggs, 2 teaspoons hot sauce, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 small red or green pepper, 1 small onion, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pour ⅓ cup of egg mixture into each muffin cup.
Sprinkle two tablespoons of shredded cheese over the eggs.
