¼-½ cup milk, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1-2 scoops collagen peptides

Notes

This recipe makes enough to serve two with a small side like a muffin or four as a small glass with a full breakfast. Sometimes, I'll drink the whole thing myself when I have to take breakfast on the run, but it fills a quart mason jar, so it is a lot of liquid!
