- ¼-½ cup milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
Add milk, Greek yogurt, frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, banana, and collagen peptides or protein powder (if using) to a blender.

Blend until creamy. Start on low speed and gradually increase the speed so things don't go flying all over the blender.

This recipe makes enough to serve two with a small side like a muffin or four as a small glass with a full breakfast. Sometimes, I'll drink the whole thing myself when I have to take breakfast on the run, but it fills a quart mason jar, so it is a lot of liquid!
