So grab a pint of juicy strawberries, roll up your sleeves, and let’s make some delicious treats!

🍓Strawberry Breakfast Recipes
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowls
Thick enough to eat with a spoon and perfect for decorating with granola or more fresh fruit. We love smoothie bowls because it’s kind of like eating ice cream for breakfast!
Strawberry Sheet Pan Pancakes
No flipping, no fuss, just fresh strawberries baked right into fluffy pancake goodness. Sheet pan strawberry pancakes are great for feeding a crowd or helping little hands get involved in the kitchen.
Homemade Belgian Waffles
These waffles are the perfect weekend treat! We love to make Belgian waffles for a weekend brunch and top them with diced strawberries, whipped cream, and some chocolate chips. Or – skip the whipped cream and drizzle them with a little maple syrup.
Fruit Explosion Jumbo Muffins
These bakery-style muffins are bursting with fresh berries! Perfect for breakfast or a snack, and kids will love helping to make them. (They are really easy to make.) If desired, this recipe also works with reduced sugar.
Strawberry Banana Muffins
These soft, fruity muffins are perfect for breakfast or lunch boxes. They are easier to pack than strawberry banana bread slices (though we love that too!) and they are a great way to use bananas that are getting too ripe. You’ll love these healthy strawberry muffins!
Strawberry French Toast Casserole
For a delicious breakfast, prep your casserole the night before with chunks of bread, eggs, and strawberries. Bake your French toast in the morning for a delicious, summery brunch.
🍓Refreshing Strawberry Drinks
Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Yogurt
This smoothie is thick, creamy, and filled with fruity flavor. It’s a great way to use up ripe strawberries and makes a perfect breakfast or after-school snack. We love strawberry smoothies at our house, so we love to slice and freeze strawberries for smoothies.
Triple Berry Smoothie
Strawberries team up with blueberries and raspberries in this smoothie that’s as colorful as it is healthy.
Strawberry Slushies
Blend strawberries with ice, honey, and a splash of water, coconut water, or lemonade for a cool summer drink. A strawberry lemonade slushie is so refreshing when it is really hot out!

Tropical and refreshing, this strawberry pineapple smoothie is an easy, healthy snack packed with fresh fruit flavor that’s great for breakfast or an after-school treat.
Strawberry Kiwi Apple Smoothie
Sweet and tangy with just the right balance, this strawberry smoothie blends kiwi, apple, and ripe strawberries for a vitamin-packed drink kids (and adults) will love.
Homemade Strawberry Milk
Skip the store-bought syrup and blend up this naturally sweetened homemade strawberry milk using fresh or frozen strawberries. It’s a fun and easy recipe for kids to help make!
Watermelon Strawberry Mocktail with Lime
This colorful, fizzy mocktail is a refreshing drink to help you stay hydrated this summer. Made with fresh fruit, it’s a great alternative to soda that kids can enjoy during summer BBQs or picnics. And it’s a fun way to feel like an adult!
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail
A kid-friendly twist on a summer classic! This frozen strawberry mocktail is made with ripe berries and lime juice. It’s cool, slushy, and alcohol-free.
🍓Strawberry Snacks
Homemade Trail Mix
Customize your snack mix with dried fruit, chocolate chips, and nuts. We like to make it with homemade dehydrated strawberries made from fresh strawberries that we pick during strawberry season.
If you need to, keep your trail mix nut-free for school and add pumpkin seeds and extra fruit! (You can also substitute freeze-dried strawberries if you don’t have a dehydrator – they are a fun crunchy twist.)
Fresh Apple Salsa with Strawberries
This sweet and zesty fresh fruit salsa is packed with juicy strawberries and crisp apples. It’s a fun, colorful snack kids will love scooping up with cinnamon chips or crackers.
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
This easy strawberry recipe is creamy, sweet, and perfect for dipping graham crackers or fresh fruit. Kids will love helping mix and scoop this quick no-bake treat.
Strawberry Applesauce
Just strawberries and apples, cooked down, then blended until smooth. It’s sweet enough on its own with no sugar added and kid-approved.
🍓Strawberry Desserts
Berries & Angel Food Cake Strawberry Shortcake Cups
This one’s as easy as it gets – toasted angel food cake, fresh berries, and whipped cream are layered in clear cups for a kid-friendly twist on a classic dessert.
Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles
Cool off on a hot day with these refreshing homemade popsicles made with just a few simple ingredients. They’re a fun way for kids to enjoy fresh strawberries and kiwi. They’re naturally sweet, but you can add juice or honey if you want to make them sweeter.

Sweet strawberries combined with tart rhubarb make one amazing dessert. They are crumbly, gooey, and perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
One of my favorite strawberry desserts – especially when it is hot out. This frozen treat is pure summer joy. Juicy strawberries, chocolatey goodness, and cool, creamy ice cream all in one bite.
Kids can help layer it up and, of course, lick the spoon. (That is, if they can get to it before my husband!)
Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
These creamy, fruity popsicles are made with yogurt and fresh strawberries. It’s a fun and healthy strawberry recipe that’s easy enough for kids to help make on a warm day.

And, we can’t forget a dinner with fresh fruit!
Strawberry Spinach Salad
This spinach salad is one of our favorites. Toss fresh spinach with sliced strawberries and a light, sesame and poppyseed vinaigrette for a bright and healthy lunch or dinner.
You can even toss in some shredded Instant Pot chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken to make it a complete meal.
