BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients – Cooked Chicken – Shredded Cheese – Olive Oil/Butter – Soft Tortillas – Barbecue Sauce

Melt butter or oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Layer one side of the tortilla with sauce, chicken, then cheese.

Leave off the sauce if you want to make a plain chicken quesadilla.

Try different kinds of cheese - cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, or taco cheese.


Cook until the tortilla is browned & the cheese is nice & melty.

Garnish with chives & serve with sour cream!

Pro Tip: Don't take anyone's quesadillas!

Instead of rotisserie chicken, you can also use leftover Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken.

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
